The customer portal
The sales brand's customer portal on Northwind Freight's deal, screen by screen as the brand serves it to the seller. The deal at the close, with the floor only the seller sets, then won and awaiting the account's payment, then paid, charged once and held to its window.

The customer portal is where a seller follows its deals, at /portal, in the brand's words. Priya, Harbor Labs' head of sales, signs in once. Her agent orders and waits; she reads the deal here and sets what only she may. The customer portal covers what every brand's portal does.
25 November. The setter booked the meeting, the closer held it and has sent the proposal and the redlines, and the gate has just refused a close of $50,000. The portal shows each step with who did it, the policy with who may set each value, and what the deal costs at each end. The floor is hers alone, so the form to move it is here and in no agent's toolset:
4 December. The close commits at $74,000 with Harbor's own invoice, net 30, and the deal reads won, awaiting payment, nothing charged. 4 January. Northwind pays, which proves it, and one charge with two lines is debited from Harbor's bank account: collected on 8 January, final on 9 March. A refund or chargeback before then reverses both:
What the agent read on the same deal is on the agent's order. The money behind each line is on the money.
